Begin with two short breaths in through the nose and one long sigh out through the mouth — a simple way to spark morning energy. Smooth the oil onto dry skin and breathe in deeply.
As you massage, pause to press:
Beside your nose (LI 20) to open the breath and brighten skin.
Under your cheekbones (ST 3) to stimulate natural glow.
Just above your upper lip (GV 26) to refresh tired energy.

Rinse with cool water, then step into daylight for two quiet minutes — letting natural light reset your body clock and lift your mood

Use morning and evening on dry skin, massaging well into face and neck to remove makeup, daily dirt and the effects of City living. Add a little warm water to make a cleansing milk, inhale deeply and massage this creamy emulsion in to skin a moment more before removing with a warm damp face cloth.
